Industrial design, engineering and prototyping of a contemporary landscape light for a major solar lighting manufacturer. The design of this fixture gives the user 3 mounting options to match their desired aesthetic or function along with a toggle switch to choose warm or cool LED lighting. The center post can be mounted in the center, side, or corner, allowing the user to customize their installation based on their needs.
Early prototyping to make sure electrical components work and fit as expected.
Disassembles into small sub-assemblies in order to keep packaging size small.
Final prototype constructed of a mix of 3d printed and CNC parts.
