HEATED DELI CASE
Design, engineering, and product testing for a first in class modular countertop food merchandiser for full serve and self serve applications. The modular design + simple connector kit allows you the freedom to assemble a hot case system to nearly any length imaginable - customized to fit the changing needs of supermarkets and c-stores.
The deli case is also equipped with high-efficiency LED lighting, overheat protection, food-specific heating environments, a heads-up temperature display and gentle ceramic heating. Product is UL & NSF listed and for sale in North America.

Product testing and temperature data logging using many thermocouples to confirm the food is held at an acceptable temperature per NSF standards.
Assembly, sheet metal and weldment drawings were provided using SolidEdge 3D CAD software and seamlessly integrated into the manufacturer’s existing production system.
